Job Description

Lead and manage the HR department, aligning with company goals and objectives.

Develop and implement HR policies covering recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and training & development.

Oversee recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.

Design and administer compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in India.

Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.

Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Conduct exit interviews and analyze data for process improvements.

Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on HR-related matters.

Develop and manage the HR budget.
