Senior HRIS Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Configure HRIS to meet business needs and implement Workday enhancements.
• Develop calculated fields, advanced reports, and system workflows.
• Review and share new Workday features for potential implementation.
• Identify opportunities for continuous process and system improvements.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and training to HR and technical teams.
• Ensure effective communication of HRIS projects and policies across the organization.
• Work independently with limited supervision on moderately complex problems.
