Job Description

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management

• Handle monthly payroll processing, statutory compliance, and audits

• Administer and manage HRMS (KEKA), including configuration, reporting, and data governance

• Draft, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook

• Drive employee engagement initiatives, rewards & recognition programs, and culture-building activities

• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory filings, and documentation

• Oversee performance management cycles, appraisals, and confirmations

• Prepare HR analytics, dashboards, and compliance MIS reports

• Support HR audits and continuous process improvements
