Job Description
Key Responsibilities / KRAs:
- HR Strategy Execution: Implement HR strategies across recruitment, training & development, performance management, and compliance to support business objectives.
- Employee Relations: Manage day-to-day employee relations, address concerns, and foster a positive workplace environment.
- Labor Law Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws including Factory Act, ESIC, PF, and other statutory requirements.
- Workforce Optimization: Enhance workforce efficiency through effective HR practices and process improvements.
- Industrial Culture: Cultivate a positive industrial culture that promotes employee engagement and productivity.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Any degree or post-graduation in HR
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Executive in a manufacturing company
- Willingness to travel or relocate to Murbad / Kalyan, Maharashtra
