Job Description

Key Responsibilities / KRAs:

  • HR Strategy Execution: Implement HR strategies across recruitment, training & development, performance management, and compliance to support business objectives.
  • Employee Relations: Manage day-to-day employee relations, address concerns, and foster a positive workplace environment.
  • Labor Law Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws including Factory Act, ESIC, PF, and other statutory requirements.
  • Workforce Optimization: Enhance workforce efficiency through effective HR practices and process improvements.
  • Industrial Culture: Cultivate a positive industrial culture that promotes employee engagement and productivity.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Any degree or post-graduation in HR
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Executive in a manufacturing company
  • Willingness to travel or relocate to Murbad / Kalyan, Maharashtra
