Job Description
- Accountable for End to End Recruitment : Right from understanding the requirement from Hiring Managers, sourcing and screening the profiles, conducting HR interviews and Ensuring candidate joins on stipulated date by continuous follow up.
- Should be target oriented to and have experience on managing high volume positions.
- Should have good experience with Pipeline Management & Quality of Hires.
- Analyse requirements and plan delivery along with Recruitment Heads and Managers with cost effective methods/ strategies.
- Setting expectations and demonstrate influencing and execution
- Should have knowledge & relevant experience in recruiting for all levels
- Should have good knowledge & should be proficient on resume search through Job portals & using search engines, headhunting, personal network, campus hiring etc.
- Negotiate with potential hire, extend offers, negotiate compensation, coordinating joining formalities
- Streamline and improvise on recruitment process with innovative ideas.
- Should have effective convincing and negotiation skills to attract top talent.
- Should have good knowledge of MIS for creating reports on weekly, monthly and need basis.
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Experience on mentoring junior team members
- Should have experience on handling Audits ( Internal & External )
