Senior Group Manager - Operations

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a management role
• Proven track record of successful leadership and team management
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in budget management and financial analysis
• Knowledge of Motor Claims industry trends and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• Master's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
• Professional certifications such as CII, PMP, Six Sigma, or CFA are a plus
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

Graduate with Motor Claims certification preferable
