Senior Group Leader - Medical Coding

We're actively hiring an experienced Medical Coder with a passion for leading teams to join us in Pune as a Senior Group Leader. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in medical coding, specializing in Emergency Department (ED), Same-Day Surgery (SDS), and Observation. This role is perfect for a professional who can deliver on client commitments, manage team performance, and contribute to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver as per client SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
• Create and maintain all process documentation, updating it on a timely basis.
• Manage operations through end-to-end planning, process document review, and root cause analysis.
• Assist with new team member training.
• Ensure attrition and shrinkage targets are met.
• Review overall staff performance.
• Prepare KPI (Key Performance Indicator) reports, dashboards, and metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in medical coding.

• Good knowledge of using PowerPoint, Excel, and other MS Office tools.
