Senior Graphics Designer (Marketing Design)

Key Qualifications:

• Experience :
• 6-8 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on marketing and advertising design.
• Experience in designing websites (preferably on WordPress), social media graphics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and sales collaterals.
• Strong portfolio showcasing experience with both digital and print design (website design, brochures, banners, infographics, etc.).
• Hands-on experience designing for B2B audiences is a plus.
• Skills & Tools :
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma , Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD) , and Canva (for quick mock-ups or templates).
• Strong understanding of WordPress, including experience in designing themes, layouts, and page elements.
• Experience with infographics design and creating data visualizations that are clear, engaging, and informative.
• Familiarity with Print Design processes and preparing print-ready files (CMYK, bleed, trim).
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS (basic knowledge) is a plus for collaborating with web development teams.
• Design Expertise :
• Strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Deep understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to adapt designs for different mediums and devices (desktop, mobile, print).
• Creativity & Innovation :
• A highly creative individual with a passion for design and a strong ability to think outside the box.
• Ability to generate fresh and innovative design ideas while staying aligned with brand identity.
• Project Management :
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Communication :
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to present and explain design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
