Senior Graphic Designer

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Approximately 10 years of experience in Life Sciences Strategy Consulting, preferably with top-tier firms.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
• Experience working with clients across Europe and America is highly preferred.
• Strong capabilities in client solutioning and business development, including preparing client proposals.
• Educational Qualification: MBA or Masters in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage consulting projects, ensuring high-quality delivery to clients.
• Support client solutioning efforts and contribute to business development activities.
• Build, mentor, and lead a team of Consultants and Analysts.
• Collaborate closely with clients across multiple geographies, especially Europe and America.
