Senior Golang developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 7+ years of Software development experience Good Go implementation capabilities
• Understanding of different design principles
• Good understanding of Linux OS - memory, instruction processing, filesystem, system daemons etc
• Fluent with linux command line and shell scripting
• Working knowledge of servers (nginx, apache, etc), proxy-servers, and load balancing
• Understanding of service based architecture and microservices
• Working knowledge of AV codecs, MpegTS and adaptive streaming like Dash, HLS
• Good understanding of computer networking concepts
• Working knowledge of relational Databases

• Knowledge of git or any other source code management
• Good to Have Skills: Working knowledge of Core Java and Python are preferred
• Exposure to cloud computing is preferred
• Exposure to API or video streaming performance testing is preferred
• Preferred experience in Elasticsearch and Kibana (ELK Stack) Proficiency in at least one modern web front-end development framework such as React JS will be a bonus Preferred experience with messaging systems like RabbitMQ
