Senior Generative AI Developer

We are seeking a Senior Generative AI Developer with over 8 years of experience, including at least 2 years specializing in NLP and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python, LangChain, AWS services such as SageMaker and Bedrock, vector stores, LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks. Experience in CI/CD, Textract, and designing secure, scalable AI architectures is essential.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) to deliver cutting-edge generative AI solutions.
• Build and optimize NLP pipelines using tools like LangChain and vector stores.
• Implement and maintain AI services on AWS, leveraging SageMaker, Bedrock, and Textract.
• Design and develop secure, scalable architectures for AI applications.
• Create and refine prompt engineering strategies to improve model output quality.
• Develop agent frameworks and integrate AI models into production workflows.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines for seamless AI model deployment and updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
