Senior Functional Consultant/Lead Functional Consultant - SAP VIM

Responsibilities:

• Should be able to resolve VIM tickets and Change requests
• Should have strong experience in SAP Support projects
• Collaborate with the finance and procurement teams to understand their requirements and align the SAP VIM functionalities to support their processes.
• Customize and optimize SAP VIM features such as invoice capture, data extraction, workflow approval, and reporting to maximize system efficiency.
• Facilitate the integration of SAP VIM with SAP ECC/S4 HANA and other related systems to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy across platforms.
• Conduct thorough system testing, identify and resolve issues, and ensure that the SAP VIM system functions efficiently.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, helping them to effectively use SAP VIM features and resolve any operational challenges.
• Monitor industry trends and technological advancements in SAP VIM to propose and implement system upgrades and enhancements.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides related to SAP VIM
• Should have experience in leading small teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in VIM
• Strong understanding of vendor invoice management processes and best practices in managing accounts payable.
• Proven ability to configure and customize SAP VIM functionalities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with integration of SAP VIM with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
• SAP VIM certification is highly preferred.
