• Maintain critical planning, monitoring, and reporting processes, including required documentation for timely coordination and completion of project tasks.

• Translate customer and business requirements into practical, affordable IT solutions.

• Coordinate, direct, and lead project status meetings; confirm milestones and ensure goals are achieved.

• Ensure project deliverables and schedules are met by technical resources; manage escalations and provide feedback on staff performance.

• Participate with cross-functional team members to identify issues, assess process impacts, and develop solutions for end-to-end optimization.

• Leverage outside vendors, contractors, technical teams, and other departments to drive project results.

• Share knowledge and guide other IT staff as needed.
