Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the organization.
• P&L management, including profitability analysis and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (AS) and internal controls.
• Lead audits and implement corrective actions to improve financial performance.
• Develop strategic plans to drive business growth through effective resource allocation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in finance leadership roles within IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong background in CA. with expertise in financial management, portfolio management, PNL management, profit and loss statement preparation.
• Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and driving business results through data-driven insights.
