Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve timely and efficient delivery of Facility and Asset Management services for multiple client locations.
  • Support business needs as per the Scope of Work (SOW) and facilitate operations for Integrated Facility Management (IFM) and Asset services at various client sites.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, manage service partners, and oversee team management.
  • Ensure high-quality, prompt, and courteous service delivery in line with client expectations and within a safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive plans for facility operations, establishing and enforcing service standards.
  • Establish and roll out operational procedures for sites, ensuring smooth operations of mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) installations, and civil works.
  • Identify any operational issues or challenges and work with the client to address them effectively.
  • Oversee housekeeping services, pest control, indoor plants, security services, food vendors, AMCs, M&E vendors, and other third-party vendors.
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients to ensure smooth operations and conduct regular reviews with vendors and clients.
  • Supervise large teams with diverse functions, ensuring proper training and development of staff.
  • Control costs through scrutiny of expenses, tracking budget vs. actuals, and managing the billing process.
  • Communicate regularly with staff at all levels to ensure facility requests are addressed promptly.
  • Manage internal and external audits related to facility operations, ensuring full compliance.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities to improve employee experience and morale.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections and walkthroughs, addressing any observations and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, policies, and procedures in daily operations.
  • Track energy consumption and implement energy optimization initiatives to reduce costs and environmental impact.
  • Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly management reports to clients, ensuring all service performance and financial metrics are documented.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for site activities to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection from clients, as well as processing of vendor payments and site staff salaries.
  • Provide regular management reporting to stakeholders, including city leads and other internal teams.
  • Foster continuous improvements and implement best practices/innovations across all site operations.
