Your Impact

As a Senior Product Designer, your key contributions will include:

• Championing Discovery & Research: Leading the discovery, research, and data synthesis processes to identify critical user insights and develop actionable hypotheses for designing effective experiences.
• Influential Communication: Communicating with exceptional aesthetic sensibility and an influential voice to effectively shape and position design ideas for maximum customer impact.
• Presenting Work: Confidently presenting your own design work and rationale to various stakeholders.
• Applying Best Practices: Applying best practices for human-centric design to solve common visual and usability challenges.
• Contributing to Design Systems: Playing a role in the creation and evolution of new design systems.
• Delivering Core Designs: Producing interaction designs and illustrations for fundamental digital product features.
• Craft & Process Expertise: Possessing a thorough point of view (POV) on design craft, tools, and processes.
• Optimizing Systems: Proposing optimizations and creative approaches to existing systems that can cultivate significant impact for users' needs.
• Documentation: Developing detailed specification documentation that facilitates seamless implementation in software development.
• Facilitating Workshops: Leading and facilitating design workshops with diverse stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating effectively with teams on the development of motion design, content strategy, visual design, and overall content.
• Defining Success: Clarifying and defining clear success metrics for client and business impact.

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience

• Experience: 7-12 Years of Experience in product design.
• Core Design Skills:
• Proficiency in complex system mapping and process mapping.
• Experience with audits and competitive landscaping.
• Demonstrated expertise in user research and design for iterative testing.
• Strong skills in wireframing functionality for features and content.
• Prototyping & Tools: Advanced prototyping skills, with significant experience using Figma as a primary UX/UI design tool.
• Design Methodologies:
• Solid experience with component-based design-development.
• Solid understanding and application of product design methodologies.
• Solid experience with visual, sensory systems design, and navigation systems.
• Key Deliverables:
• Expertise in overall design creation, including developing sitemaps.
• Strong interaction design capabilities.
• Proficiency in process and specifications documentation.
• Experience in presentation design.
• A deep understanding of the design process and specifications documentation.

• History of participation in affinity groups or employee resource groups.
