Senior Executive/Deputy Manager- Utility - Pharma Plant - Tarapur

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and performance of utility systems such as boilers, chillers, HVAC, and purified water systems
• Ensure zero production downtime through effective maintenance planning and execution
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and maximize OEE
• Monitor and optimize utility operations to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Drive energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices across the plant
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, including ETP requirements
• Lead engineering support during regulatory audits such as USFDA and EU GMP inspections
• Track and improve KPIs related to maintenance, uptime, and system performance
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support smooth plant operations
• Lead, mentor, and manage engineering teams to achieve operational goals
