• Experience: 2+ years in Trainings, Learning & Development.

Requirements

• Communication: Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Understanding: Good understanding of Training and Development.
• Location: Dharamshila Narayana Hospital, Vasundhara Enclave, New Delhi.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient design and delivery of Training, Learning & Development programs.
• Responsible for designing and implementing monthly and annual training calendars.
• Actively engage employees and ensure a lasting understanding of the culture & values of NH.
• Implement overall Talent Development programs of the hospital.
• Ensure the best employee experience by organizing employee engagement activities.
• Handle grievances & employee counseling, including their social issues
