Job Description
- Edit high-quality, long-form videos including documentaries, case-studies, educational videos with clear narrative flow and audience engagement in mind
- Work closely with inter-team members & video head to understand the story, structure, and message of each piece
- Integrate motion graphics, typography, visual artwork and visual elements to enhance storytelling and viewer retention
- Manage multiple projects and timelines, ensuring delivery deadlines are met without compromising quality
- Provide creative input on scripting, shot selection, and transitions
- Maintain and organize project files and media assets with best-in-class workflow practices
- Collaborate with junior editors and assist in elevating the overall editing quality within the team
- .Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, AI tools and motion graphics workflows
- Excellent storytelling instincts and pacing, especially for digital-first platforms like YouTube
