Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition - IT

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs and requirements for finance positions.
• Source, identify, and engage with top-tier finance professionals through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for finance roles.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of finance professionals for current and future hiring needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to provide valuable insights to hiring managers.
• Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment processes and contribute to the overall success of the HR function.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.

Required skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruiter with a focus on finance positions.
• In-depth knowledge of finance roles, industry trends, and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
