Senior Executive – Packaging Operations

-Develop and execute strategic procurement plans for raw materials and ingredients

-Identify, select, and evaluate global suppliers, negotiating favorable contracts, pricing, and lead times

-Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions to improve quality, delivery, and service

-Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team fostering collaboration and continuous improvement

-Oversee procurement budgets, implement cost-saving initiatives, and conduct market analysis for alternative sourcing

-Ensure seamless supply chain and inventory optimization, aligning ingredient procurement with production forecasts

-Ensure regulatory compliance, product quality, and implement corrective actions as needed

-Develop risk mitigation strategies including contingency plans for supply disruptions

-Promote sustainable sourcing practices with ethical and environmentally responsible suppliers

-Work cross-functionally with R&D, production, finance, legal, and marketing teams

-Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on procurement performance and supplier issues

-Continuously analyze global trends and ingredient innovations, implementing process improvements to increase efficiency
