Job Summary

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Executive – Operations to manage and scale mediation operations. This role involves end-to-end case management, stakeholder coordination, and strategic execution of mediation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, legal understanding, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop subject-matter expertise in ADR/ODR frameworks
• Manage end-to-end mediation case lifecycle with quality and compliance
• Track and interpret mediation regulations and industry practices
• Handle escalations and maintain relationships with mediators and stakeholders
• Lead and execute mediation initiatives with defined KPIs and timelines
• Collaborate with leadership on strategy and long-term roadmap
• Analyze feedback and drive improvements in processes and platform
• Build relationships with mediators, institutions, and ecosystem partners
• Oversee mediator onboarding, training, and performance evaluation
• Represent the organization in forums, events, and industry discussions

Qualifications & Skills

• LLB / LLM degree
• 3–5 years of experience (ADR/ODR preferred)
• Strong drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ownership-driven and proactive mindset
