Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Executive – Operations to manage day-to-day operations, oversee workflows, and ensure smooth execution of processes. The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and team coordination to drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the operations team to strategize and manage daily workflows
- Verify and validate data shared by enterprise users
- Prepare and deliver MIS reports regularly to clients and internal stakeholders
- Liaise with enterprise users to understand requirements and ensure service delivery
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure adherence to SOPs across the team
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management
- Manage, guide, and motivate team members to achieve targets
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and operational deliverables
- Manage vendor relationships and coordination
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and feedback collection
- Collaborate with internal teams for process improvement
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in operations
- Experience in team handling or people management
- Preferred: Experience in legal, financial services, or insurance industry
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, data handling) and MS Word (Mail Merge)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
