Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Executive – Operations to manage day-to-day operations, oversee workflows, and ensure smooth execution of processes. The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and team coordination to drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the operations team to strategize and manage daily workflows
  • Verify and validate data shared by enterprise users
  • Prepare and deliver MIS reports regularly to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Liaise with enterprise users to understand requirements and ensure service delivery
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs across the team
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management
  • Manage, guide, and motivate team members to achieve targets
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and operational deliverables
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordination
  • Drive client satisfaction, retention, and feedback collection
  • Collaborate with internal teams for process improvement

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in operations
  • Experience in team handling or people management
  • Preferred: Experience in legal, financial services, or insurance industry
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, data handling) and MS Word (Mail Merge)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
