Shift Management

• Supervise and manage mechanical maintenance activities during assigned shifts
• Ensure equipment reliability and operational safety

Preventive Maintenance

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency

Troubleshooting & Breakdown Handling

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults efficiently
• Support uninterrupted production schedules

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor maintenance technicians
• Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies
• Promote a strong safety culture within the maintenance team

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs
• Prepare reports and performance updates for management review

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Coordinate with production and engineering teams for planned maintenance
• Identify and implement process improvements in maintenance practices
