- Strong working knowledge of all HR disciplines with hands-on experience in talent acquisition / recruitment
- Ensure timely closure of the positions
- Responsible for processing background verification as per the agreed TAT and documentation of the report
- Responsible for proper employee induction in coordination with Business
- Secure employee engagement and welfare activities
- Ability to work under own initiative and independently
- Ability to work under pressure and to coordinate several activities simultaneously
- Flexible approach to work and able to react effectively to a rapidly changing environment
