Senior Executive Human Resource

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Selection

• Source candidates through online platforms, recruitment agencies, and HR networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews with departments.
• Perform background verification for shortlisted candidates.

Offer Generation and Negotiation

• Manage the offer creation process, negotiate salary packages, and ensure timely offer acceptance.

Onboarding and Induction

• Conduct induction and orientation sessions for new hires at site locations.
• Coordinate joining formalities with site managers.
• Prepare employment contracts and relevant documentation.

Exit Formalities

• Oversee employee exit processes at site locations, ensuring all formalities are completed efficiently.
• Work closely with site managers to manage smooth employee transitions and final settlements.

Third-Party Vendor Coordination

• Liaise with vendors handling temporary staff for the group.
• Manage employee joining, attendance, exit formalities, and monthly payments with vendors.

MIS Reporting

• Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports on recruitment, onboarding, exits, and other HR metrics.
• Analyze key HR data and present findings to management.

Travel to Site Locations

• Travel to various sites as needed for recruitment, onboarding, exit processes, and other HR-related activities.

Education Qualifications:

• MBA/PGDM in HR, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
