Senior Executive- CRM (Retention)

Role Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute CRM campaigns across all own media channels
• Improve CTR and campaign effectiveness through data-driven strategies
• Coordinate with creative teams for timely asset delivery
• Build workflows and reports for performance tracking

Key Deliverables:

• Daily campaign execution and channel management
• Workflow automation on CRM platforms and Redshift
• Reports on CRM performance and improvements
• Enhanced targeting via segmentation and rule-based campaigns
