Statutory Compliance Executive

• Handle statutory compliance related tasks including PF, ESIC, PTAX, MLWF, Gratuity, and Superannuation
• Perform Shop and Establishment Act-related administrative work
• Prepare and upload monthly online PF challan, acknowledgment, and ECR
• Update employee exit details on the PF portal on a monthly basis
• Update details of exited employees on the MLWB portal regularly

Education Qualifications

B.A/Any Specialization

MBA/PGDM in HR or Industrial Relations
