Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand & Marketing Leadership:
  • Serve as the brand custodian for Colors Marathi, overseeing marketing strategy for all shows.
  • Independently manage show launches and sustenance campaigns from consumer insights, creative briefs, multimedia planning, to budget oversight.
  • Campaign Execution & Media Management:
  • Drive channel reach, viewership, and share goals through innovative ATL and BTL initiatives.
  • Build digital buzz across social platforms, JioCinema/Hotstar, and the channel website.
  • Create pre-launch sales decks, post-launch evaluation reports, and award case studies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Partner with internal teams (Sales, Research, Programming, Digital, Corporate) and external stakeholders (agencies, vendors, media partners) for seamless campaign execution.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-functional integrations and brand partnerships that amplify campaign impact.
  • Insights & Strategy:
  • Conduct consumer immersions, content-feedback groups, and market visits to inform marketing strategy.
  • Translate consumer insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
