Senior Executive - Business Development

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Senior Executive – Business Development in Sriperumbudur

What a typical day looks like:

• Customer management including new business and existing business expansions
• Arranging customer meetings and customer visits, factory line visits, preparing customer presentations and delivering the same
• Provide information about site capabilities and understand the dollar value of the business proposals and take decisions
• Candidate will also have to know what new business proposals to accept and what is the minimum benchmark for flex
• Liaison with BD across globe for all RFQ for Chennai sites
• Work with BD team, technical team, IE team, material management team and provide required information to the quote manager
• Candidate will have to work with quote manager closely until you close the quote
• Understand the corporate guidelines based on each segment there is a separate approval process for quotes and get it approved
• Strong knowledge about manufacturing Process and related Profit and loss details
• Knowledge about Quote preparation related to Manufacturing

The experience we're looking to add to our team

• Bachelor's Degree in or master's in business administration
• Min 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales or Customer management.
• Preferably from EMS Background
