Senior Executive – B2C Logistics

• Manage end-to-end B2C logistics operations including last-mile deliveries, transportation planning, and route optimization.

• Oversee order fulfillment ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

• Analyze logistics data and KPIs to identify trends and improve customer delivery experience.

• Coordinate with 3PL providers, vendors, and internal teams for seamless logistics operations.

• Resolve pickup and delivery issues promptly to minimize disruptions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners and carriers.

• Conduct regular field visits to vendor hubs and distribution centers to address concerns and improve operations.

• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
