Senior Engineer - Testing

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Analyze project test requirements and document test scenarios; raise clarifications with BAs/Customers.
• Derive test scenarios, develop and execute test cases, review outputs from juniors and peers, report testing status, and create/execute automated scripts.
• Assist Test Leads with test estimates, strategy, planning, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Participate in DRB meetings, team meetings, and customer calls for clarifications or issue resolutions.
• Suggest automation or process improvement initiatives, develop productivity tools, accelerators, or macros.
• Adhere to SLK and project processes, security guidelines, and mandatory process-related activities.
• Participate in all L&D mandatory initiatives (minimum 6 days of training per year).
• Mentor and coach Test Engineers and junior team members.
• Ensure cost efficiency through high utilization of time and implementation of innovative ideas.
