Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Module Development & Design

• Understand customer expectations and perform detailed module design.
• Analyze requirements of assigned modules/components in line with overall project scope.
• Assist Analysts & Designers in module analysis and design.
• Implement and develop code as per design, ensuring adherence to coding standards and guidelines.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of allocated tasks.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Assist Analysts & Designers in preparation of Integration Test Plans.
• Support integration testing and system testing.
• Resolve defects identified through peer reviews, independent verification, validation, and testing.
• Conduct peer reviews to maintain code quality.
• Contribute to reusable code and components, reducing rework.

Communication & Collaboration

• Participate in customer calls and provide status reports as per defined timelines.
• Collaborate with team members and guide junior developers.
• Support team learning initiatives as per organizational plan.

Process Compliance

• Comply with organizational policies and procedures, including timesheet and leave management.
• Follow SLK process standards to ensure quality deliverables.
