Senior Engineer - Proposal & Projects

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret customer specifications, datasheets, and RFQs to define technical and commercial requirements.
• Perform equipment selection, sizing, and configuration of chemical injection packages, including pumps, instrumentation, piping, and accessories.
• Prepare complete techno-commercial proposals aligned with customer, project, and regional standards.
• Select appropriate Milton Roy / Ingersoll Rand products based on application and commercial needs.
• Liaise with approved suppliers and vendors for pricing, delivery timelines, and technical clarifications.
• Develop accurate costing and pricing structures for the Middle East and India markets.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Project Management teams to ensure proposal feasibility.
• Provide complete proposal documentation including pricing, delivery commitments, technical clarifications, preliminary design data, and compliance matrices.
• Conduct post-order and post-project reviews to identify causes of margin erosion.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer, ensuring customer requirements are clearly understood and addressed.
