Senior Engineer-Maintenance

• Routine Maintenance:-To ensure that production lines, plant equipments are maintained in good working condition.
• Planning of Maintenance Job - Daily / Monthly / yearly.
• Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults.
• Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
• Analyzing Break-down, Machine uptime, Energy conservation, etc.
• Arrange fixtures, fittings or components for maintenance activity.
• Ensure compliances as per MPCB, MSEB, etc.
• Ensure compliance with Company s ISO procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of SAP/ any other ERP System.
• Knowledge of assembly shops.
• Good Knowledge of Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, cross-functional team approach for problem solving.
