Job Description
- Lead the validation of electrical and electronic components, systems, and subsystems for functionality, durability, and compliance
- Develop validation test plans, procedures, and test cases based on design specifications and regulatory requirements
- Execute validation testing including functional, environmental, EMC, thermal, and durability tests
- Analyze test results, identify issues, and drive root cause analysis and resolution with relevant engineering teams
- Coordinate with design, hardware, software, and system engineering teams to ensure test coverage and traceability
- Support prototype builds, instrumentation setup, and data acquisition during validation activities
- Maintain validation documentation, including test reports, issue logs, and compliance records
- Ensure adherence to product development timelines and quality requirements through structured validation practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement of validation processes, tools, and methodologies
