Senior Engineer - CFD

Key Responsibilities:

• CFD Modeling & Preprocessing:
• Develop fluid CAD models for CFD analysis using ANSYS Design Modeler or ANSYS SpaceClaim.
• Generate 2D/3D mesh (Hexa/Tetra) using ANSYS Meshing, ICEM CFD, Fluent Meshing.
• CFD Analysis:
• Conduct CFD simulations for steady/transient, internal/external flows, multiphase flows, heat transfer, conjugate heat transfer (CHT), spray particle modeling, fluid acoustics, and reacting flows (combustion/gasification).
• Analyze Dry Screw Pumps, Recipe Compressors, Screw Lobe Blowers, and subsystems including tanks, filters, valves, coolers, pipes, and fans.
• Independently perform component-level and system-level simulations.
• Post-Processing & Reporting:
• Interpret CFD results and explain the physics behind flow patterns.
• Draft detailed CFD reports summarizing objectives, approach, findings, conclusions, and design recommendations.
• Technical Coordination:
• Resolve technical issues arising from simulations.
• Coordinate with software technical support teams to stay updated on new software versions and capabilities.
