Senior Engineer - Business Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities:

Requirement Analysis & Documentation:

• Elicit, define, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Assist in developing data models, mappings, and integration specifications.
• Ensure requirements create business value and align with stakeholder needs.
• Coordinate and consolidate customer requirements into structured documentation.
• Conduct workshops and meetings with clients and maintain effective communication.

Technical Skills & Integration:

• Expertise in SQL queries, REST API, SOAP API, XML, and JSON.
• Familiarity with rule engines and domain modeling is desired.
• Knowledge of Excel formulas for data analysis and modeling.
• May assist in testing to identify design and implementation issues.
• Ensure integration alignment with other insurance suite components.

Collaboration & Agile Practices:

• Work closely with Development, QA, and other cross-functional teams.
• Support functional and user acceptance testing by defining strategy, scheduling resources, and tracking performance.
• Understand Agile Software Engineering Lifecycle and its connection to business analysis.
• Collaborate effectively in multicultural environments.

Tools & Platforms:

• Experience with Jira and Confluence for documentation and project tracking.
