Job Description
- Lead design, development, and validation of systems, components, or processes in alignment with project requirements
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and cross-functional teams
- Conduct feasibility studies, design reviews, and technical risk assessments to support engineering decisions
- Create and review technical documentation including drawings, specifications, and test plans
- Collaborate with project managers, quality, manufacturing, and procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution
- Troubleshoot complex engineering issues and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Ensure designs comply with applicable industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process optimizations and cost-saving opportunities
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends relevant to the field
