• Administrating data as well as creating and maintaining complex layout designs, bills of materials and inclusive the necessary documentation
• Working out specifications (in cooperation with the involved entities) for creating complex library symbol, footprints, and parts management.
• Tool Specific ExperiencePCB Layout Design preferably using CADENCE toolchain for layout and Candence concept HDL
• PCB footprint and Schematic symbol creation- preferably using CADENCE toolchain
• Good Knowledge of thermal management, Power integrity
• Production Data Generation - Gerber, Stencil, Pick and Place data, In Circuit Test data generation, PCB Panelization
• Coordination with PCB fabricator and PCB assembler
• Knowledge about various soldering processes - e.g. Wave Soldering, SMT Reflow soldering and selective center etc
• Knowledge about Manufacturing Quality checks e.g. ICT, AOI, X-ray etc
• Good Knowledge of Design for Manufacturability, Design for Testability, Design for Assembly

• Agreeing and following up targets for PCB development with the project manager in terms of quality, costs, and timing in agreement with the superior according to existing processes and methods
• Preparing complex and large circuit layout for electronic devices with numerous functionalities
• Preparing library symbols and layout designs as needed

Development, agreement, adaptation and optimization of hardware modules

• Carrying out specified reviews for PCB development during the whole layout development process as well as their release according to existing guidelines
• Involvement in the processing of customer complaints about series devices and production difficulties in agreement with those responsible, e.g. quality assurance, assembly etc
• YOUR QUALIFICATIONSBE /B. Tech in Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Industrial Electronics
• 4-7 years of experience in PCB design and development
• Experience in coordination with EMS plant
• Experience of working with multicultural development teams
• Experience of working with German/foreign counterparts preferred
• Experience in managing work independently with less assistance
