Senior Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Senior Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and improve technical solutions while mentoring junior engineers. You will play a key role in delivering quality projects on time and helping solve complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test technical solutions based on business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and operations.
• Review code and provide guidance to junior engineers.
• Help improve engineering processes and practices.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and delivery.
• Keep up-to-date with new technologies and share knowledge with the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in software development or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of [mention relevant technologies/languages, e.g., Java, Python, C++, etc.].
• Experience with software development tools and version control (e.g., Git).
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience mentoring or leading junior engineers.
