Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• Hands-on Electrical Maintenance Experience in maintaining plant machineries, including CNC, PLC, SPM automated machining lines, conveyors, conventional machines, and robots.
• Electrical Knowledge & Expertise Strong understanding of electrical drawings, PLCs, drives, and other electrical components used in machineries.
• Fault Diagnosis & Troubleshooting Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting Siemens PLC-based machines and automation systems.
• Predictive & Preventive Maintenance Extensive hands-on experience in predictive and preventive maintenance of manufacturing plant machinery.
• Data Collection & Analysis Ability to collect and analyze daily machine data to identify, resolve, and prevent recurring issues.
• Compliance & Maintenance Systems Awareness of ISO, OHSAS systems, maintenance management processes, and key maintenance KPIs such as Availability, MTBF, and MTTR.
• Continuous Improvement & Cost Saving Initiatives Active participation in TPM, Kaizens, 5S, continual improvement activities, and cost-saving projects.

Must:

• Diploma In Electrical/Electronics /Instrumentation Engineering/ with 8-10 Year Experience or
• Engineering degree with 5-7 years of experience

Desirable

• Computer proficiency

Must:

• Hands on experience in maintenance of plant machineries
• Hand in daily maintenance and PM of plant machineries
• Hands on inspection and troubleshooting of Siemens PLC based machines and automation lines
• Good knowledge in electrical equipment used in panel
• Should have experience in maintenance of Pneumatic operated machines.
• Should know about basics of Mechanical elements in a machine

Desirable:

• Expert in Siemens PLCs
• TIA portal software
• Working Experience in Defense Sector.
• Basic knowledge of explosives and related electrical safety.
