Hands-on Electrical Maintenance Experience in maintaining plant machineries, including CNC, PLC, SPM automated machining lines, conveyors, conventional machines, and robots.
Electrical Knowledge & Expertise Strong understanding of electrical drawings, PLCs, drives, and other electrical components used in machineries.
Fault Diagnosis & Troubleshooting Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting Siemens PLC-based machines and automation systems.
Predictive & Preventive Maintenance Extensive hands-on experience in predictive and preventive maintenance of manufacturing plant machinery.
Data Collection & Analysis Ability to collect and analyze daily machine data to identify, resolve, and prevent recurring issues.
Compliance & Maintenance Systems Awareness of ISO, OHSAS systems, maintenance management processes, and key maintenance KPIs such as Availability, MTBF, and MTTR.
Continuous Improvement & Cost Saving Initiatives Active participation in TPM, Kaizens, 5S, continual improvement activities, and cost-saving projects.

Must:

Diploma In Electrical/Electronics /Instrumentation Engineering/ with 8-10 Year Experience or
Engineering degree with 5-7 years of experience

Hands on experience in maintenance of plant machineries
Hand in daily maintenance and PM of plant machineries
Hands on inspection and troubleshooting of Siemens PLC based machines and automation lines
Good knowledge in electrical equipment used in panel
Should have experience in maintenance of Pneumatic operated machines.
Should know about basics of Mechanical elements in a machine
