Senior Director - Account Management

Key Responsibilities:

Business & Account Management:

• Manage the business and deliver the service proposition to clients
• Oversee full end-to-end management of the business for individual clients
• Ensure seamless delivery and profitability of client accounts

Relationship Management:

• Own and maintain client relationships according to the defined relationship strategy
• Proactively identify client development opportunities, including cross-sell and upsell possibilities
• Drive commercial and service ownership within client relationships

Team Leadership:

• Manage, motivate, and develop the team in alignment with client objectives and culture
• Monitor team performance and ensure alignment with client goals
