Senior Developer/Lead Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer/Lead Engineer with 14 to 18+ years of experience in technology. The ideal candidate should be technically hands-on , proficient in coding , algorithms, and capable of designing and writing application architectures. The role involves leading and participating in the design and development of enterprise web applications .

• Key Responsibilities:Hands-on Coding : Actively participate in the coding, design, and development of web-based applications.
• Architectural Design : Design and write scalable and efficient software architectures, applying algorithms and design principles .
• Product Development : Lead and collaborate in the development of commercial products, with at least 10 years of experience in commercial product environments.
• Web Services : Proficiently design and develop Java , J2EE , and web services (REST and SOAP).
• RDBMS : Demonstrate knowledge of at least one RDBMS system (e.g., Oracle) and ensure database-driven applications perform efficiently.
• Enterprise Web Applications : Build and optimize enterprise web applications using technologies such as Spring , Hibernate , and Microservices .
• HTTP Protocol : Have a strong understanding of the HTTP protocol and related web technologies.
• Deployment & Configuration : Oversee application deployments and manage the configuration and change management processes.
