Senior Developer C# / C++ - Test Automation

Key Responsibilities

• Understand existing system architecture, workflows, and frameworks used in product development.
• Design and develop high-quality software features, adhering to established coding standards and best practices.
• Develop automated test cases and frameworks to validate software features at multiple test levels.
• Refactor or adapt product software to enhance testability and maintainability in alignment with architects or leads.
• Work in an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, documentation, implementation, and testing.
• Understand and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensuring timely resolution of issues affecting automation pipelines.
• Perform defect analysis and timely fixes, ensuring high-quality deliverables for releases.
• Collaborate with multiple agile teams to mentor and support test automation activities.
• Participate in the evaluation of test frameworks, tools, and process improvements to optimize efficiency.
• Provide regular status updates and progress reports to management and stakeholders.
