Job Title: Senior Developer – Wonderware SCADA / ArchestrA Galaxy

Location: PAN India

Experience: 3-5 years

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer with deep expertise in Wonderware System Platform ArchestrA to support our Oil Gas operations. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining SCADA applications using Wonderware technologies that monitors and controls upstream midstream and downstream processes ensuring operational efficiency safety and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop SCADA applications using Wonderware System Platform InTouch and ArchestrA Galaxy
• Configure and administer Application Objects Templates and Instances within the Galaxy Repository to facilitate realtime monitoring of assets such as pipelines compressors separators and storage tanks
• Integrate SCADA systems with field devices RTUs PLCs flow computers utilizing protocols such as Modbus OPC UA and DNP3
• Implement comprehensive alarm management event logging and historian integration to ensure regulatory compliance and provide operational insights
• Integrate SCADA systems with PLCs DCS and other industrial control systems using protocols like OPC UA Classical DAHDAAE Modbus and EthernetIP
• Develop and maintain custom scripts alarms historization and HMI graphics automated control sequences
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including automation engineers IT and operations to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions
• Perform system testing debugging and troubleshooting of SCADA applications
• Experience with Historian Alarm Management and RealTime Data Acquisition
• Proficiency in VBScript SQL and NET scripting within the Wonderware environment
• Familiarity with PLC programming Siemens AllenBradley Schneider etc is a plus
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity data integrity and industry standards
• Provide technical documentation user manuals and training to endusers and support teams

Required Skills Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or related field
• 3 years of handson experience with Wonderware System Platform InTouch and ArchestrA Galaxy
• Strong understanding of SCADA architecture objectoriented design and industrial automation systems
• Excellent problemsolving communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Wonderware certifications eg Certified System Platform Developer
• Experience with AVEVA Insight AVEVA Historian or AVEVA Edge
• Exposure to IIoT platforms cloud integration and data analytics
• Knowledge of ISA95 ISA88 and IEC 62443 standards
