Job Description
Responsibilities
- Successfully lead and execute the design and development of marketing automation campaigns.
- Implement tracking and analytics solutions to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Design and implement complex marketing campaigns via various digital channels.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Configure and optimize dynamic content personalization, data manipulation, and integration with external systems.
- Implement audience segmentation strategies based on customer demographics, behaviors, and engagement metrics to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Develop custom reporting and dashboards within the tool and integrated analytics platforms.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing automation and digital marketing, and share knowledge with the team through training sessions, workshops, and documentation.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and driving initiatives to increase operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on tool development best practices and methodologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to tool configuration, data integration, and campaign execution.
- Key responsibilities include:

Qualifications
- 4-year college degree in a technical field or equivalent.
- Adobe campaign related certification is a must.
Required Technical Skills:
- Experience in technology integrations with Marketing technologies (AJO, ACC, AEP).
- 1 year minimum of experience with AJO platform and more than 4 years working on Campaign implementations or managing projects.
- Hands-on experience on the Adobe Campaign tool is an added advantage.
- 3+ years of SQL development experience including ETL implementations.
- 3+ years of scripting/programming experience (JavaScript preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in cross-channel marketing campaign delivery, like Push Notifications, In-App deliveries.
- Eager to learn new applications of traditional technologies.
- Able to articulate and convey technical concepts to a mixed audience.
- Familiarity with enterprise software and project implementation life cycles is a plus.
- Knowledge of CRM and/or marketing applications and processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic marketing concepts such as Campaign RoI metrics and KRAs.
