Job Description
We are recruiting a Senior Designer to support the continued development of our Aquatic & Wellness design discipline. The role will focus primarily on pre‑concept, concept, and schematic design, where the designer will lead creative direction, visual and narrative development, early‑stage modelling, and high‑quality presentation outputs.
Responsibilities
Alongside this early-stage focus, the designer will remain engaged throughout the entire project lifecycle, contributing to design continuity, technical integration, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and the development of plans, sections, and critical architectural details within CAD and Revit/BIM environments during later stages.
We are looking for individuals who:
- Hold a degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related design field.
- Have demonstrated experience in water features or swimming pool design; spa and wellness experience is a strong plus.
- Are highly proficient in Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excel in visualisation, modelling, diagramming, hand-sketching, narrative development, and design storytelling.
- Understand technical coordination requirements and how engineering constraints influence design.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and support both early‑stage concept work and later‑stage technical development.
